Mr. ABE Hiroshi (1920-2002) at the Japanese Cemetery in Singapore. Being a platoon leader in the Thai-Burma Railway construction site, he was sentenced to death by hanging at the Singapore War Tribunal after the war, but was commuted to 15 year term, and survived.
