Every year on Saturday nearest to December 8, those who experienced the war (some of them being survivors of the massacre of Japanese Military) are invited for witnesses either from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, or the Philippines. Some MPPC members have been attending the meetings, at first learning the event on a newspaper. Mr. C.C. Yong, our interpreter since 3MPPC, has often been the interpreter for the Forum. Prof. Takashima Nobuyoshi (University of the Ryukyus) and Prof. Hayashi Hirofumi (Kanto Gakuin University), who have lectured for MPPC, are the advocates of the Forum, and regular lecturers. In 2009, it will be held from 3pm., on December 5 (Sat) at Kanagawa Kenmin Center Hall (5 minutes walk from the West entrance of JR Yokohama Station).
